Remove PUM.DesktopIcons Issue - PUM.Dns and PUM.DesktopIcons Removal Help

Hi! Uh... I have not encountered this problem before, but I have noticed that when I run my antimalware that PUM.DesktopIcons always pops up. I can "delete" or replace the registry, but every time I turn my computer on or reset it, it's still picked up by my RougeKiller. On top of that, there's a PUM.Dns... not sure what that is or if they're both threatening. I have not encountered any serious problems yet with them, but is there anyway I can remove them permanently? Help would be much appreciated!
